  The spacious apartment on the first floor of the Palazzo, L'Isola Comacina, offers a splendid view of the only island in Lake Como from which it takes its name. Guests can access the apartment from the main staircase or the private entrance on the right side of the main gate.
  
  Furnished with antique furniture, the living area preserves the original terracotta floors, an antique fireplace, exposed wooden beam ceilings, a piano, and a balcony with an eighteenth-century wrought-iron railing without protrusion overlooking the courtyard.
  
  An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower cabin. Another complete bathroom with a shower is located on the lower floor.
  
  In the spacious kitchen, guests can enjoy the warmth of an antique fireplace and have access to all kinds of utensils and accessories to prepare their favorite Italian dishes. They can thus savor lunches and dinners by the kitchen fire or on the covered terrace, under the exposed wooden beams, while contemplating the deep blue waters of the lake.

  This loft apartment comfortably accommodates five adults, and the Jacuzzi is positioned perfectly to admire the sunset over the lake and provide relief to tired legs after a day spent exploring the surrounding areas.
